if you have some kind of hobby that you're into you can always try doing it as a way to be more positive , it can help you forget about your negative emotions and is a healthy way to cope.
another thing that might help is spending time with people or either alone , depends if you're an extrovert or introvert , but all that matters is for you to regain your energy and positive feelings.
