In my opinion,succes is a very subjective experience and subject itself. There's many people that have successfully reached the peak of their lives by working nonstop,but some people who are slouching around and do the same. Of course,in both scenarios,they meet risks,maybe divorce or breakup,or losing profit,their job, sanity,who knows,really? But even so,I believe that most comedians are actual scammers and top tier successful people without any sort of talent or work.
For example,Amy Schumer is a well know comedian with jokes that are downright egregious. They don't have any sort of flare in them,and it has been proven many many times that she steals about 89% of her jokes! That is insane! She barely tries anything and yet her networth is amazing for what she does. She even admitted that she failed college once and so did with highschool and cheated her way around. It's very unfair in my opinion,but while it is unfair,I personally respect them finding ways to succeed without hard work. That's a smart trick that not so many can achieve anymore.
In conclusion,risks are just luck based,but so is getting a job and succeeding.
