Mr Brown hears his neighbours making a lot of noise so he decides that he can't take it anymore. He packs his clothes thinking at the hotel it's going to be quiet and relaxing, but he was wrong. When he gets there he hears his neighbours laughing and being loud. So he stays mad. He can't even enjoy his little break from home anymore
