Dear madam ,
I am writing this letter to bring your attention that I am not satisfied with your service qualities provided at H&M , back in 12/11/2021 I've had a problem with one of your employees . I asked her to show me a bigger size of the jeans that I wanted and she scoffed at me, telling me that I should eat less if I wanted to buy skinny jeans . It made me feel very embarrassed and it was very unprofessional .
I've been a regular for about 3 years now and this is the first time I've encountered a problem ! please do respond .
