I imagined that you were really busy since you didnt answear,first of all i think you should go to the vet for a check up on your dog,before leaving pit food in their bowl so it gets distracted while you leave,maybe get cameras or you can search the web for diffrent kind of devices that you can speak,see and give treats to your dog when they are alone.
