The best way to learn a language is to have classes with a teacher ,but the second choice is good too,but you won t know how to speak that language because it is hard for you to adjust with it.
It is better to learn a language,as example...english ,having classes with a teacher because they know how to explain you the language grammaticaly and speaking it too,so you should learn it and after that you can go in a country where they speak the language ,so you can see how good you know that language!
