It has always been known that sport means health. I agree with the Latin quote "Healthy mind in a healthy body" and I consider that sport is the key to a life as long as possible and free of health problems. First of all, maintenance sports not only help us in the fight against extra pounds, but also in the fight against daily stress and fatigue accumulated during a day. It is proven that a little sport practiced regularly, at least 30 minutes a day, helps us to have a happier, more productive and stress-free life. I think the lack of time is just an excuse, anyone can make time for a little sport that brings so many benefits. We hear the phrase "healthy lifestyle" so often and we like what it sounds like, but we do nothing to adopt such a sport-based style and healthy eating. Second, sport helps to develop muscle mass. In other words, it helps us to be more handsome, beautiful and elegant. Physical appearance says a lot about a person and their lifestyle, I think we should put more emphasis on how we look. In Romania we have many public figures who encourage the practice of a sport and present its benefits several times. Positive examples to follow from the media are: Mircea Badea, Carmen Bruma, Cabral, Andreea Pătrașcu and the list goes on. In conclusion, sport can only do us a lot of good, why not practice it and enjoy the benefits it offers us?
