The officer investigated a call about suspicious activity on *secure property* and found a suspect individual trying to *damage* the building through acts of vandalism, having *reasonable grounds* for an arrest he took his handgun out of the *holster*, shouted *"Freeze!"* and recited the *Miranda Rights* while *holding the suspect at gunpoint*, the arrest also resulted in the *seizure* of a quarter pound of marijuana found in the possession of the perpetrator.
