If you want to have a healthy lifestyle you need to be very picky about what food you eat, avoiding junk food like burgers, pizza, hotdogs, french fries is very important. You also need to do some sort of body activity so your muscles can become stronger and evolve. Getting the right amount of proteins and fibers for your body is very important as they help our muscles, bones and brain. With that said I do believe I have a healthy lifestyle as I exercise everyday about 30-60 minutes and I am cautious about what I eat and how much I eat.
