Easter in Romania
The Christian festival of Easter probably embodies a number of converging traditions; most scholars emphasize the original relation of Easter to the Jewish festival of Passover, or Pesach, from which is derived Pasch, another name for Easter. The early Christians, many of whom were of Jewish origin, were brought up in the Hebrew tradition and regarded Easter as a new feature of the Passover festival, a commemoration of the advent of the Messiah as foretold by the prophets.
During all this time they try to be good and share happiness with others.

It was May. I was looking forward to Easter! My mother made cakes, gingerbread, lamb, chicken and most importantly red eggs!
My brother and sister and I helped my mother with the chores. I was sweeping the yard ... cracking wood, putting wood on the fire. In the house I vacuumed, washed the dishes, wiped the dust.
The day before Easter came, my brother and sister and I made plans for this important day. I said that first we will taste the meat, then all the cakes, then we will ask for it my mother let us go to the park to play with the rest of the children.
The next day was just like that. After we returned from the park, we ate and watched a movie.
Easter for us means the Crucifixion of Our Lord Jesus Christ on the Cross. We celebrate this day through Easter. We tried not to make noise to make peace, to be quiet, not to swear, not to fight or quarrel with other children. We tried to be pacifists
This day is very important and must be treated as such. I like Easter, it's the second most enjoyable event of mine after Christmas.
Sper că te-am ajutat.
Spor la teme în continuare.❤️
