In my opinion it would be the best to put some pens from our country maybe some of them could be rare or some from the present.
I think that it is interesting to write an letter to the people that will find the timpe capsule.
I dont think that it would be good to put some food in here but I agree to put some traditional things like: a mărțișor (el nu se traduce in nici o limba,ramane strict asa) or a handmade braclet etc.
