It was a warm but cloudy autumn afternoon. As I was strolling down the park I heard some weird noises, like a cry. I went to check and I ended up behind some bushes at the edge of the river. I was confused if I went the wrong way when I followed the sound because it was silence now. After I checked a little more, just when I turned my back to leave I heard it again and then I saw it. It was a little puppy hanging on the edge trying not to fall in the running river. I rushed to save him and caught him in the last second. He looked so tired, weak and sad. I decided to take him home to look after him until he gets better. But as time passed by we got attached to each other so I decided to keep him !
