First off, you must start eating healthier, some recommendations could be: fruits, vegetables, oats etc. You can drink hot chocolate or eat chocolate but with moderation and natural ones! You most not eat any junk food, this includes: fast food, candies, jelly and processed food.
Secondly, you should also start performing different exercised, daily! For example: pushups, squats, burpees etc.
Lastly, you should not skip your meals, never forget to drink the recommended amount of water, don't forget to exercise and finally, don't skip your sleep time!
