Dear ,
I just came back from school and went straight to the computer to sent you an email. Now that I'm thinking about it, I never told you how school is in Romania.
At school we learn all subjects, from art, music or history to math, biology etc. When we go into high school we choose a "branch" to learn for the next four years and then take our degrees. They're divided by the main subjects such as math/ science or literature, history etc. But Romanian students still have to take all the classes, a better example for you to understand would be that even if you choose to study in science and focus on math, physics, chemistry you would also study history, geography, art, music and many others. Of course these classes won't take as much time as the main ones, but it depends on the teachers how much work they give to their students. Simply put, you can't choose exactly what you want to study and dedicate all the time in it, there'll be other unrelated courses or ones that you just don't want to take part in or you don't like, that will take up your time and energy.
What students wear to school depends on each one of them. Some schools allow their students to dress however they want, of course respecting the moral rules, while others can be very strict and make each student order a said model for their size. Such things also change a lot if principals have changed.
Most people spend their time at school in the classrooms or they could go outside and meet with other friends but, at least from my experience, there isn't anything other than wood benches or a sport terrain to spend your time.
Well that's it for now. I can't wait to hear how school is at your place!
