In my opinion, the first reason why traveling is important, is because we can discover different countries and cultures. Second of all, traveling is a way to see family or close people/friends that do not live near you. A third reason is that although traveling can be really expensive, it is worth it, since it is a great way to see different types of landscape, from sea, to oceans, mountains, desert, etc.
A fourth motive is that from traveling we learn about history, geography, culture, art and other.
A fifth reason is that traveling is a way to experience, escape certain things that damage our lives and also a way to discover.
