  I really like to workout. I do it every morning and afternoon. It feels so relaxing and it helps with my health. I usually watch videos about it and do it like the people from there do. Sometimes I make my own exercises, I feel so proud of me when that happens.

   I need to be honest, sometimes it's kinda hard. But I have motivation to try until I make it good. It helps me forget about everything bad that happend and just concentrate on my breath.

   I like to make atmosphere before I workout. I dress with my favourite workout outfit, I go to a peaceful place and I start my exercises.
