Dear Emily,
I've been really stressed recently and it's been eating away at me. I don't know how to stop all those worrying thoughts, nor do I even know where they came from -- it all feels so sudden. At times I'm unable to sleep at night from it, so I just end up feeling even more exhausted than usual, thus worsening the cycle. Luckily, I've been comforted a lot by those around me. It gives me hope that I can overcome this problem.
