1. Life in the 17th century was difficult for poor families, but not for rich ones.

2. Nope, grandparents used to live with the main family, but they weren't taking care of children, yet, but there weren't many old ones, almost everybody was dead from young age.

3. True, almost every family used to stay with animals in their house, since there was not a lot of space.

4. Yeah, correct, the parents weren't paying attention to their kids and this is one of the reasons many kids died.
