My advice for any teenager out there is : don't forget to focus on your health, even though you've got a lot of homework and learning to do for school. Being healthy is really important. To stay fit, for example, you have to eat healthy. Eat a fruit or a vegetable at least once, every day, drink a bottle of water daily, play any sport, and go outside during the day. But don't overdo these things, since it might affect you. Be moderate.
