Letter to the magazine editor:
Mr James Faroday,
I have read your article named "It's a student's life" and I cannot disagree more. Initially my friend wanted to write to you but he didn't have time because he had to revise for his exams. Funny, right? Because students are lazy and they don't do anything but listen to CDs and spend money.
Most students in USA are buried in student debt and have to work part-time jobs while also doing good in school/university because if they don't, they will be ignored by most employers and even criticized by people like you. The amount of work a student has to do in such short time is very stressful and shouldn't be overlooked. I agree that the work we do is different from a job but almost everyone was in school at one moment or another and people should understand more hard-working students.
Best wishes, YOUR NAME.
Letter to your friend:
I sent a complaint to the magazine editor and I think I did a good job highlighting the most important things that have to be heard. Hopefully this makes a small change and maybe another article in the magazine.
