example nr.1 : I haven't changed that much as far as my behavior or interests, but I've still changed a lot as far as my basic attitudes. I'm a lot more respectable now.
example nr.2: I've become a lot more outgoing and adventurous, I was pretty anti-social and lazy as a kid. It's one of my bigger regrets, I wish I'd had the courage/motivation to try new things and when I was younger.
example nr.3: I am more open to accepting people and being friends with them. Now I don't care. I hang out with whoever as long as they are a nice person. Now my relationship are more fulfilling. I have lots of friends and I can see the world from a much larger perspective than my own.
