1) For me, physical stress is caused by multiple factors: working too much throughout the day, going back and forth for different reasons, not sleeping enough or/and not having enough time to eat properly. Rest is really important for the body, since it needs to regenerate.
2) For example, the fear a strict teacher will give me a test, or the discomfort of random people arguing next to me cause me psychological stress.
3) I use lavender scented candles, body lotions or oils to help relieve my body from the stress accumulated throughout the day. Also a hot bath is always a winner.
