To keep me fit i do 20 pushups a day. I run 1 kilometer in the morning. I love to eat healthy food, especially fruits. In the afternoon i ride my bike like 1 hour, and after i play some football. Before i'm going to bed i drink a vegetable smoothie, and then do my 20 minutes workout.

To keep my body fit i use to run every morning and to eat healthy.keeping a body fit is an art i think,it means 20% of sports and 80% of eating healthy.But as it is known we are all humans and have desires ,and i also like fast food just as the rest of us.But i got some habits that help keeping me fit even when i am lazy and i am eating junk food.Some of them are drinking a Glass of water just after i wake up,drinking a lot of water during the day and also drinking water with some lemon.
