“Hello there. My name is Andrew and I try to lose some weight. Everybody says I’m too fat so I say I
need your advice. I have a big breakfast every morning. I usually have bacon, fried eggs, bread and butter
and lots of coffee with tones of sugar. Sometimes I have milk and some honey, ham and muffins. I have
to say that this doesn’t have to be enough as I get hungry before lunch and I have to have some snacks
in between. Sometimes I have two tuna sandwiches and sometimes ham but my favorites are chips and
strawberry and chocolate ice cream. For lunch I usually have sausages and French fries or hamburgers
with mustard, ketchup and some scrambled eggs. For dessert I eat at least two bars of chocolate or three
lemons pies. As for the evening meal I first have a sandwich and then there comes the real food: pasta and
shrimps, some cherry pudding and another bar of chocolate. Of course, I’m hungry again before I go to
bed so I have another sandwich, a cup of hot cocoa and cakes or biscuits.”

Andrew mustn't eat so much if he wants to lose some weight. Instead, he must plan healthy meals to have during the day.

For breakfast he shouldn't eat food that contains so much fat ( like bacon, butter, ham and fried eggs). He should have a light meal: a bowl of cereals and a sandwich.

If he gets hungry before lunch, he should eat a little snack: maybe a fruit salad. And then for lunch, he must know that a lot of heavy food won't be great for his silhouette, so instead he should eat a bowl of home-made soup.

If Andrew feels hungry again shortly after lunch, he must eat a little snack again: a yogurt this time.

As for dinner, my best advice for him is to have some roasted vegetables and fish. He shouldn't be hungry anymore after this.
