Folosim since pentru a arata inceputul perioadei de timp, si for pentru a arata intreaga perioada.

eg.: since 2010/ for 10 years (suntem in 2020)

since October/ for five months (suntem in Ianuarie)

since Monday/ for  four days (azi e joi)

since 1 o`clock/ for five hours (acum e ora 6)
