 Dear Siera,

I (write)............. to you about reading lamp wich I (order)............through your mail order catalogue  on February 5th.
The lamp (arrive) safely 10 days ago and (work)............... perfectly  for the first three days but now something (GO) .........wrong.I cannon turn it on. I (read) the instructions and I am sure I ...always (use) .............it correctly.
I (return) the lamp with this letter.Could you send mme a new one or refund the money ,please.
