Whenever i feel down,i listen to some music to calm myself down,try to think positive and ask myself those quetions: "does it matter being this sad over something like this?" "will this matter after a few months?". also,i try to watch some movies or to get some fresh air and some water so i can fully calm myself down. also counting helps me forget about the situation. these are the only stuffs that help me !!
