Once upon a time it was a king with three boys.
One day, the king received a letter from his brother in which he wrote that one of his boys should come to reign in his place.
The boys tried, but met a bear, who was actually their father, who wanted to see if they were brave enough to rule.
The youngest son, Harap Alb, was the only one who overcame the obstacle.
On the way, he met a thief at a fountain. The Spaniard threatened him with death if he did not tell the emperor that in fact the Spaniard was the emperor's son. Harap Alb accepted if they went any further.
When they arrived, Roș-Imparat's daughter appeared at the window and turned into a bird. Harap Alb was sent to Ros-Imparat to bring his daughter to marry the Spaniard.
On the way, Harap Alb met with: Guerrilla, Flamanzila, Setila, Ochila and Lungila. They all went to the king and he put them through some tests, and they were all helpful.
When they got back to the palace, the girl confessed that she loves Harap Alb and that he was the real son of the king
Harap Alb and Ros-Imparat's daughter got married and lived happily ever after.
