Staying fit and healthy
In a week's time, I will have (1)
working as a health and fitness advisor for ten years and my
book, which describes how eating habits and exercise have changed over the years, is (2)
to come out very soon. In fact, this time next week, I will (3)
giving a speech at a medical
conference that is taking place in London.
We have all tried dieting and I'm certain that sooner or later, scientists (4)
us lose weight fast
. However, is it really all about dieting? Or should we try to find other ways to be healthier and
stronger? I am (5)
to express my opinion by quoting the ancient Greek saying: 'A healthy
mind in a healthy body. Basically, no matter (6)
hard we try, if we don't exercise, we will
simply (7)
be fit and healthy.
As a result of hard work, a bad diet and lack of exercise, many of us today are on the (8)
of breaking down. Instead of simply trying to lose weight, we should think about eating well and exercising.

lifestyle and eating habits for the better.​
